Maintenance

Website maintenance includes:

Updates – CMS, plugin, framework and theme updates while checking the website on each update.

Backups – Manual backups, saving 3 different backups into a physical disk.

Other – Specific and related situations are reported on this page when logged-in.

Hosting maintenance includes:

Hosting management – Cloud server located in the Netherlands. Status monitoring (CPU, RAM, Bandwidth and more), property tweaks, restarting requests from time to time and contacting the server provider.

Backups – Daily automatic backups.

Updates – PHP updates while testing the website on each update.

Emails – Provided by a third-party company with a basic email service (non-business) that includes 15GB per each address and access via webmail, POP and IMAP. I’ll maintain that service by contacting with the provider when problems arise. If a better professional service is needed you’ll be informed.

Website extras – Because the server is Litespeed compatible, I’ll also configure the website cache and the server cache, to gain a huge performance boost and features important for SEO.

Other – Specific and related situations are reported on this page when logged-in.

Domain maintenance includes:

Domain management – Acquire or transfer domain to one of the two registrars that I frequently use. Configuration with current websites, host and emails.

Domain changes – You can request to add or remove DNS after the configuration, no need to dirt your hands with technical stuff.

Website extras – I’ll configure your website to work with the free version of Cloudflare CDN.
