Tailwind is a utility-first CSS Framework, with a modern take that allows to never leave the HTML. It has a set of classes for all needs. During development all classes are available and when everything is ready for production, it builds the CSS file with only the necessary classes.
I haven’t used Tailwind that often unfortunately, it can clutter a CMS that already has a site builder. And clients tend to prefer that experience nowadays. But for sure it fits on projects with coding environments, such as:

Fazer is a new Portuguese magazine about design, their one-page website was developed using Tailwind.
